Returns Policy

Items can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after receiving the item. Please inform us in writing by email if you intend to return items.

The goods should then be returned within 14 days.

A full refund is given provided that the item is returned in original condition.

Faulty Goods Policy

Should any goods be found to be faulty a replacement would be offered if possible; if refund or repair is required see Returns Policy. However, the faulty bag must be returned - we can organise it to be picked up by the courier.

Privacy Policy

Use of Paypal only for payments. No record of personal information will be kept.

Delivery Details

Goods will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving your order and payment, and allow up to 7 days for delivery, outside UK may take longer.

Thistlecrafts shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss, costs, or expenses arising from the use of crafts sold on this site.

Postage

The postage charge for the UK 1st class is £5 for bags - smaller items are £3.50 and Overseas is £15.
